# Installation and Setup

The first step to using this plugin is to install the *MSSQL SQL Database Connector* from the plugin marketplace. To do that, navigate to the plugins tab in the Bubble editor. Once on the plugins tab, click the ***"+ Add Plugins"*** button at the top right of your screen (as shown below).

Next, in the search box type "SQL" (as shown below).

You should see results like those above. Click the "Install" button on the right side and be sure to install both the MSSQL SQL Database Connector and Bubble's SQL Database Connector.&#x20;

*Note: It is important to install both of these plugins!*&#x20;

Once you have completed this step your plugins page should have both plugins listed (as shown below).

Upon completion of these steps you are ready to start using the full capabilities of your SQL Server database within the Bubble platform!&#x20;
